Xact Business Solutions was founded in 2000 by David Neely and Jeff Neely. With the opening of The Company’s first facility in a modest warehouse in Grapevine, TX the company developed a top rate distribution facility, which was necessary to serve two of Dallas/Ft Worth's largest corporations. Since its inception, Xact has grown steadily, by developing lasting relationships with customers, hiring the best employees, and maintaining great relationships with tremendous network of top notch suppliers. Year after year the company has invested in a corporate infrastructure allowing it to grow at a steady pace and offer the best, most current solutions to their customer base.

Since opening, Xact has established regional representation with outstanding industry professionals operating out of Denham Springs, LA, Houston, TX and Kansas City, MO.

In 2009, Xact relocated its corporate headquarters and distribution center to a newly refurbished 50,000 square foot facility in Grapevine, TX just minutes from DFW Airport.
